Recovering a saved account
You can easily restore your progress if you previously saved it through Facebook, Game Center, or Play Games on your old device or before you reinstalled. If you did this, you can restore your progress by following the steps below:
- Open the game menu and go to Settings
- Tap on Login next to the desired service (Facebook, Game Center, or Google Play)
- Log in with the same profile that was previously connected to the game
- Press Load under the account, and it's done
👉 If your account is linked to one of these platforms and you still can't restore it, please contact the platform's support team for more information:
- Facebook – Recover your Facebook account
- Apple ID / Game Center – Recover your Apple ID
- Google – Recover your Google account
Switching between different Google accounts
If you can no longer switch between different Google Play Games profiles through the game, please follow the steps below:
- On your device, locate the War Machines app icon
- Tap and hold the icon until a pop-up appears
- In that menu, you’ll see the "Choose Profile" option, which you can select to switch between your accounts
- Launch War Machines, and you should be on the profile you selected
If the “Choose Profile” option doesn’t appear on your device, which can happen on older Android versions, you can still switch profiles by following the steps in this guide.
Switching between Android <> iOS
If you want to move your progress to a different platform (from Android to iOS, or vice-versa), you must use a Facebook account since iOS devices do not support Google Play accounts, and Android devices do not support Game Center accounts. Recovering an unsaved account
In case you haven't saved your War Machines account to any recovery method, don't worry, our support team can still help you recover it. To reach out for assistance:
